Welcome to our Year 3 webpage. We have three classes in our year group and our teachers are Miss Buck, Mrs Frewen and Miss Wood. Our teaching assistants are Mr Carr, Ms Stock, Mrs Malone.
Every morning we have a Literacy and Maths lesson. In addition to this, we have guided reading and spelling lessons. On a Thursday, during the Summer months we make use of our school swimming pool and every child has a swimming lesson.
Each afternoon we enjoy our topic lessons. Some of our favourite weekly lessons include our drumming lessons and our Science. In Science this term our topic is rocks and in History we are learning about the Bronze Age.
Last year we thoroughly enjoyed preparing and performing 'Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat'. We certainly brought the house down! We are hoping to run another successful production this year.
